They were very busy when I walked in to sell some clothing yesterday but still addressed me and were very polite! I got more for my items then I had expected which was nice because they were mostly new. Also, the books were very cheap (buy 2 get one free) and they have a huge selection which we loved! I'll definitely be back.
It was such a good experience. Lots to choose from and very nice quality. Plus the employees were very nice. Will be visiting again!

Website advised to bring in specific items and we brought in those and they didn't accept any of them. We had 5 bags of clothes and they didn't take any of them. This was the last time we will do that.
There was a "Ross" tag on an item for $5.99 and a "Once Upon A Child" tag for $10.00 on that very same item. Asked which price it would be since the "Ross" price was cheaper. She told me it would be $10.00. Wow! She took off the "Ross" tag but not before I took a picture of it. �� Great job on POOR management!
