I used to love coming here, but ever since they changed management the staff is rude and lacks customer service. They have a new rule in which you have to pick up your clothes by 8( which I understand so clothes won’t pile up in the store), but the wait times have been very long and it becomes unrealistic to return in time when you have already been waiting hours. Rude employees, who feel the need to put in their two cents about situations that are completely inappropriate. Shopped there for years and loved it, but will never again since the owner and management has changed.
Not worth your time unrealistic wait time for them to sort through clothes and then they expect you to come back by 8 PM to pick them up or they ban you from purchasing/selling. If you come in at three or four expect to be at their beck and call until they’re finished and you better be there by eight or you get put on the ban list that is absolute absurdity new management is absolutely horrible. RecommendedI ALWAYS come here to sell/ buy my baby’s items. They are so friendly at this location and take in quality stuff, which means I can buy quality things for my girls. Will keep coming back!
this place is a joke!! it is a resale store of kids items. We brought in an $80 tummy mat, NOPE we dont take those. Bouncer that looks brand new, nope there is a dime size dark spot on the seat. $200 electric swing, NOPE it looks like you washed it too many times. I sincerely hope you go out of business. You are an embarrassment to the franchise
I love a great deal, so naturally this is the first place I went after figuring out what we still needed after our baby shower. We found a cosleeper for less than $100, in AMAZING condition, and jumped on it as well as some other very clean and nice items like a carrier and a swing. Everyone was SO nice and informative too, I signed up for the membership and will be back here for ANYTHING we need again. There’s SO many clothes and toys and necessities. I’ve been shopping and trading for now 20 years! I tell everyone I know with little ones!!
I like store for the purpose of why its there to help parents out. But alot of the clothes are faded , stained and over priced. I have only been to this location twice as i just recently moved here to Fl. I was a little disapointed with the selection , but maybe next time i pass by selection will be better .
