I think the concept is wonderful. I have walked away with many nice items and have sold many times. However I am always shocked at the things they take and the ones they pass on. They will say an item is stained or dirty when it is perfectly fine and I have literally cleaned every crevice with q-tips. It also takes hours for them to price your things when you are selling the staff is also very rude and unfriendly. When I tell friends about the store they are always excited to go. I was very disappointed in selling my items to this store. I was greeted rather rudely upon arrival to the store. Although I called prior to bringing in my things, I was corrected for bringing my things in IKEA bags rather than laundry baskets (which any mother wouldn't have to spare) I brought in beautiful clothing barely worn by my daughter.
