I have had a lot of great shopping experiences at this store. Clothing is sold for a low price. Other items seem a bit more expensive. I’m not here to be negative, but it’s fair to say that I have had two bad experiences that have made me consider not going back. The associates are very sketchy. I drive quite a ways and make special trips to Saginaw to shop at this store and I deserve to be treated fairly. Employees seem hateful and inconsiderate, sometimes rude. If I could give a 10 I would I absolutely love this store as a single mom this store is a blessing for me and my daughter. It’s honestly the only way i can afford name brand cloths for her. I wish there were more locations around. It’s worth taking the hour drive though! The staff is awesome as well. My daughter knows when we head out to once upon a child day it’s about to be a mommy daughter day.
Defiantly won’t be back, they have the blowout sale today and all the outfits I had picked out were supposed to be 60% off the manager rang me up and didn’t even mark one of my outfits as Clarence so I just returned them. Not worth it

I absolutely love Once Upon A Child!! It is always my go to place for clothing, toys and books for my kiddos! I can always find great deals and items in good to excellent condition! I recommend this store to any parent and would give it 10 stars if I could!! ��
