went to sell some of my sons clothing from last year. waited2 hours for them to tell me that they won't look at it because there was pet hair in all 3 bags. I dont own pets. I'm allergic to pet hair. one pair of sweat pants had one of my hairs on it so, they didnt even look at the rest. what a waist of my time. ive shopped here for years, been in this store hundreds of times. wont be returning.
I can usually find something in the store every time I shop. I have always been pleased with the items they buy from me.
Overpriced. Staff was not the greatest either. When I took things in that were hardly worn, some still had tags and were for the upcoming season. I was told no they wouldn’t take them because of stains on them. Which there were none. I asked the girl to show me where she saw stains and she refused and said “trust me, they had stains.” Looking through clothes on racks I saw clothes that were in bad shape. I took in 2 totes of clothing, mind you, at least 60/100 outfits still had tags on them!! They never even took them out because they were in the same totes and still folded the way I put them in there. I drove all the way from Linwood for them to tell me my items were too well worn and stained! Again, over half have tags!! Terrible and unfriendly customer service!
I will no longer sell clothing to Once Upon A Child. I organize the totes I bring in. put outfits together. I get my totes back in shambles. half of outfits taken. Nothing folded back up. I brought in a tote full of Carters clothing all in really great shape. You took about 5 items. It's not worth my time to bring things in if you wont take any of it.
