I seriously LOVE your store! I find the nicest clothes at the best prices! I really hit the jackpot yesterday though! Everything fit great and now my Son has lots of nice clothes, that look brand new! It was definitely our lucky day when we came across all the Thomas The Train goodies! Store very dirty and unorganized. Elderly woman at counter was rude and also witnessed her be rude to another customer who just asked a question. Clothes i brought were sorted and paired got them back and they were a mess could barely fit lids back on the tote. Also opened it and had someone else items in my tote. Items on shelf had some holes and one outfit looked like it had puke on it. Took 5 hrs to look at items, with workers just standing around and talking. 1 out of 5 were working. I use to love this store until today. I took some clothes in to sell, they took some and gave some, no big deal. I start going threw the clothes to double check why they didnt take some of the clothes. Bottom line is they lost a pair of pants that went with a 3 piece outfit. I was going to just take it home but i wanted to take the whole outfit! Most of the girls were nice but the one "in charge" (not sure if she was a manager or not) was really bitchy and turned and talked shit before i even left the counter.
First time here and loved it! They had everything i was looking for. And you can't beat the prices!
I was in there a while ago looking for clothes for my daughter. I pulled out a paired outfit off of the shelf. It was new with the tag on it. Family dollar wanted $5 for the outfit. Once upon a child wanted $9.
horrible service....took my clothes to be sold waited over an hour in store then came back an hour later and still never looked thru my clothes! wont be recommending them to anyone anymore.
Rude employees, my mother walked in a couple days ago to sell some stuff, and beyond rude, also a rip off, better off buying new clothes.
