Took in 9 boxes of clothes to sell. 8 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. They said they couldn’t take it because it needed to be freshly laundered and it had an “odor” to it. Laundry soap. It smelled like laundry soap.

People are giving bad reviews on selling. The store can only give you low prices on clothes if they pay low prices and it’s probably more than you would get at a garage sale so stop being so picky. You shouldn’t buy your kids clothes expecting to get top dollar for them when they have outgrown them.

Place is a joke. I have brought clothes twice now with tags and without. Washed before I took them down and sorted them all nice. They took two yes two sleepers and sent me home with the rest. Lady was extremely rude. Second time I came I called to see what was in demand and drove from standish to Saginaw all for them to take three hours to look through my stuff to take absolutely nothing!! I absolutely love this place. Today however was a different story. I brought in some items to sell,my first time doing so. They only bought like three things and I was told the rest wasn't bought because there was some staining... I'm sorry but I've seen things on the racks with more "stains" than what was on my items.
