I love once upon a child just not this location. there isn't a big selection, stuff is overpriced and they always low ball you on things you're trying to sell.
they clearly need more training on registers. just purchased clearance item and they don't know to fix their mistake

Never again will I make that drive for $13, esp when I drove across town twice. Then to say the bouncer needs washed...1st of all doesn't everybody wash used items they buy? 2nd, there was nothing on it!

I called at 6:06p before I came all the way to the Far East side of Indianapolis for nothing. I was told that if you arrive before 7:30p that the items are processed the same day. I arrived around 7:25p and was told that I was given false information, and my items would not be processed until the next day. I am livid! I do not live anywhere near this location. Rude and lazy! They’re 3-5t boys, shoes and toy selection is awful. Last time I’ll be going there today when a lady not even ringing me up, very abruptly and without looking at me said “bring your car up to the door to get your stuff.” Which is a no parking fire lane. Typically any other once Once upon a child that I’ve been to will offer to help take things to your vehicle.
