I always find the cutest clothes and baby items! Selling items is quick and easy and definitely worth it!
It used to be OKAY when they had their stamp cards so you could earn 20% off when the card was filled up (15 or 20 stamps or so) and it was very helpful if you used their Once Upon a Child bag for shopping to earn double the stamps. The last time I was in, they said the bag now earns you no extra stamps and they have switched to digital rewards. You get one point for every dollar you spend to get your percentage off. Its really not ok that your new rewards system "doesn't let you" give points for items sold. Its a shame that you now barely reward loyal customers. Also I was in the store today right at noon and all the young ladies working were not pleasant, not one smile from any of them. This does not add up to an experience that I want to repeat.
I recently bought and sold. I thought the selling was very fair and my daughter picked out 10 new books for $10!! We are both happy customers.
They have a very small selection of boy clothes but rows and rows of girls. They are constantly turning down super nice boy clothes but complain that they don't have enough. They are horrible at buying clothes. I took a bunch (2 walmart sacks, 1 bug plastic bad, 1 small box, 1 diaper box all full) in there the other day. Picked them up yesterday and only got $20. Today I'm going through the clothes and realized that they didn't even go through most of them. They only looked at a few off the top of each container. That's it.
They sell some good stuff and staff is always nice but it is seriously so unbelievable how they don't take shit and how much stuff they sell that shouldn't be sold I have brought several new things in to have them buy and they always give it back it's not a good place and it's sad....
