If I could give this store 0 stars I would!! I used to love this store, I always got a fair price for the items I would take in. I went two days ago and was offered a low amount than usual I looked in the blue box at the items they accepted and there were only a few items in there so the price seemed fair. When I got home and went through my box I had taken in everything was gone but a few items!!! They suck.. they are really picky about what they want...
After today I will not be coming back to this store!!! Not only did I have to wait 5 hours for them to go through 3 bags of very CLEAN, FOLDED, AND SEPARATED INTO SIZES CLOTHES!!!!!! They only took a couple things. They told me a lot of the things where super cute but had staines when for sure non if the clothes that took me 2 days to get together had freaking stains!!!! On several different occasions I have brought EUC clothes in, washed and iron neatly. Out of enormous boxes and bags they never take more than 5 items. Some items still have the tags on! When I go through their clothes for sale it's in far worse condition then what I offer, very dated and faded. The morning staff is incredibly rude and snobby. After years of me trying to consign with them I am done.
I used to love this store without a doubt. Now that they've changed from punch cards to electronic loyalty information, it is horrible! I ended up spending over $200 the other day but earned minimal credit where I normally would've gained several full punch cards for 20% discounts with each one, etc. Whereas you used to easily benefit from buying items in the store, you now need to spend hundreds of dollars for even one small discount and it will only work on one purchase (whereas you can save up multiple punch cards from ev... read more
