I love the amount of items they have! It is very organized and the staff is very friendly. I do wish they offered more cash money for the clothes brought in but the store credit is nice! I highly recommend this store!
They say the only buy the good clothes and shoes but when u go to buy you find things that are way worse then what they tell u they cant buy. It depends on who is doing your take ins. Some of the girls that work here have horrible attitudes and act like they dont want to even be there.
rude employees who make your shopping experience miserable
I have been shopping at this store for a while. You get great clothes and pajamas at a reasonable price. I just wish more boy clothes for size 10 / 12. Lately haven't found anything I like for my son. Daughter I can rack up.
No room for a stroller so if you have multiple small kids you better keep them close or you'll get reprimanded like I was. (My three yr old was looking at toys and was told not to touch and to watch him) for real. The clothes are not gently used either. They are very worn.
Terrible don't ever go here. Worst customer service ever. Manager was the worst.
I like the clothes deals, but the store is way under staffed. There is always a long wait at the register. The women in there aren't rude but they aren't really willing to talk to ya to much. They need to monitor the toys area. Last time I was in there, there were all these kids playing and leaving toys all over the aisle. I couldn't get down the aisle to even look.
