I was super happy with the Customer service I recieved. Brooke was the lady working (yes I go there often enough to know the sales team haha) and she always greets me with a smile. She makes me feel comfortable and excited to be there. Because of how she treated me, I'm eager to go back! Thank you for your great customer service! It makes a huge difference!
I love this store so much! The employees are sooo nice! They greet you with a smile and are always there to help when you need it. It makes me want to come in more just because of the really nice staff and amazing clothes and deals they offer! I came in this morning it was great!!
I love the store! But the workers don't greet you and they gossip about other employees and talk about relationship problems, and things that are unpleasant to hear while you're shopping. I don't feel welcomed when I shop here and I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. If it were a more warm and pleasant atmosphere I would have no problem making it my number one shopping place for my children, but I cringe every time I go in there now. I love the store itself has great products and deals!! The reason for my rate is the workers! They are always complaining about their home life or ther customers in front of you. My daughter is 2yrs old and the last time we came to the store she decided to throw a tantrum, which she rearly ever does so i was a little embarrassed.
