Went to Once Upon a Child Grand Forks this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection they had! Scored a cart full of awesome stuff for the kiddos! And saved a ton of money by shopping gently used! Win win!!!
I love this store but i like to buy under armour for my girls and i do think the prices here are a bit over much 10 to 12 bucks for just the top or pants you can spend a few more bucks and get brand new at scheels on clearance which im gonna do instead . Just suggesting you to readjust your pricing.
I always have a great experience when I go here, awesome deals, awesome service, everyone is so welcoming as soon as we walk in the store! I love this place, it is always my go to store when I am in grand forks!!
Me & My boyfriend went into once upon a child and had very rude Service when we tried to offer some of our daughters gently used clothing and some that was never even worn before. We got rejected because the clothing "reeked of marijuana " first of all we don't smoke marijuana and secondly we don't allow our babies around that type of environment. I have been to the store on 3 different occasions to try selling clothes. All three times they had declined because they had an ordor. The last time I said I just washed them an even used dry sheets and the girl said well I'm sorry they smell like smoke, said nobody smokes in my house,then cat pee I said we dont have a cat, then a girl I the back pricing said storage. Maybe wash your clothes with tide, I said we dont use tide because the kids are allergic and she said that is the only way we buy. �
I was in the store today and it took over five minutes for me to be waited on at the checkout counter. I was the only person waiting to be checked out. There were two teenage- early 20s age girls working and both playing on their phones. I finally had to say something to get someone to wait on me. Also, a lot of the clothes were really dirty (pet hair)and so were the toys (food, grime). I hadn’t been there in about five years and I won’t be going back.
My husband and I came for the 20/10 onesie sale. We are having our first little one in December. We found lots of cute onesies for him. Hoping to come back and have another look. I like this store so far!
