Took in several name brand dresses and they only offered 1.00 each. What a shame.

RecommendedI am always pleased whenever I visit the store. When I sell my items I feel that they are VERY fair with pricing. They offer way more than I’d make at a garage sale with none of the work! As a buyer I am always impressed with the selections. I always find what I am looking for and my kids always find extras that we were not looking for... and at the secondhand prices I don’t mind grabbing extras. Hell no! I will never recommend this store..it's such a joke, and I will NEVER shop here again.
Took clothes I bought in this store back to sell and they wouldn't take them. We bought a swing in the Sandusky location and this store wouldn't accept it for sale because "different stores have different standards". I've loved shopping here but will not be back ever. Maybe some corporate wide policies would be better.
Such helpful staff! I stop in frequently to pick up items for my two girls. This week I came in looking for a winter hat for my infant since the ones we have didn’t fit. The hats had been put away to make room for the swim wear. Even though it was shortly before closing, the employees were very helpful and went to the back to pull out a bin of hats for me. I am so appreciative they took the time to help me get what I needed!
I love the store but it’s super frustrating whenever I go and there is no carts available. Yesterday I was struggling to carry my 5 month old in his car seat,my bag and everything I was buying. It was awful add that to the fact I came all the way to Findlay to buy two sweaters that were listed on instagram that I commented on and got no response. I get to the store and was then informed that they had sold the day before even though nothing was said online. Again,I love the store but y’all definitely need more than 3 carts an... read more
