Went in yesterday and Mandy and Kristy were very polite and helpful. Every time I come in Mandy is always very helpful and quick to help with anything!
I have always loved findlays once upon a child. However the last 3 times I have went there it has been a terribleness experience. One time they told me it was a 3 hour wait to go through clothes..I live half an hour away so we stayed in town and waited just to be told when we went back that they had not even looked at our stuff. Another time I was told the clothes smelled like smoke so they wouldn't take them. All of these clothes had been washed with gain and had gain fireworks used also. Thank-you for sharing your comments Steffani. Occasionally we do have extremely busy buy days with 40+ people dropping items off in the matter of only a couple hours. My staff work extremely hard to process them as quickly as possible, but there have been times when our wait times have gotten extremely long. I know this is very inconvenient for our customers.
