The staff isn't very friendly at all. I agree with the other unsatisfied customer. I waited with a friend that was selling some clothes not long ago. First, it took forever. Then, they only wanted two items. She had very nice items and expensive brands! Our business is now with trendy tots in Mint Hill.
I love this store! I could spend hours in here, my husband can vouch for that! After reading the negative comments...yes there are holes in some clothes, light staining, etc...but most of what I've purchased has been in perfect condition! I wouldn't blame the mistake of someone putting stuff out on the floor that's not in excellent condition on the store. I love shopping here

My niece went up there 3 times. First 2 times she was too late for them to go through the baby clothes which were in perfect condition. The third time they looked at them an said they couldn't use anything. Told her she might want to re-wash them that they smelled like smoke or too strong of detergent. The clothes
Sucks!! As much as I love Once Upon A Child, I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it to shop here! Brought in a huge bin of boys clothes, freshly washed and folded. Waited for over an hour, nothing bought. With no explanation. Huge waste of my time. But what do I see in this store? Dirty, worn out shoes being sold, and some of the clothes have stains. Very disappointed in this store, very!
I have sold here only once, but shop here and get clothes for my daughter all the time. They have a huge selection of clothes for children for pretty good prices. I take advantage of the sales they have like Dollar Days and the Grab Bag events. They have awesome deals throughout the seasons. When I did sell to them, they only gave me $15 for over 50 pieces of clothing. Average that and you can see how shallow the prices were per piece of clothing I sold to them, but whatever. the people working in the store are not qualified to work with the public. The customer service is terrible! they don't have shopping carts in a children's store. and the merchandise is old sticky and dont have all of their parts. I would suggest going to the one in Concord if you're looking for the best bang for your buck and a nice shopping experience.
