bc they to picky on the clothes they only buy back name brand clothes y'all only want name brand not everyone buy name brand clothes
This was the worst experience I could imagine.. let’s start with the 2 hour wait, incapable employees, and the fact that all my child’s clothes are great name brands and in EXCELLENT condition, they snubbed 95 percent of them [ brand new Janie & Jack/ Ralph Lauren/ etc] as well as brand new adidas and Nike tennis shoes, and sperrys. BUT if you look at the clothes on the rack, everything is stained, dated, and falling apart! Please sell your kids clothing etc on marketplace or better yet donate and save your time!
We arrived to drop items off at 10:30am. There were 2 people buying (which was only 1 basket they were going through), 1 sorting, 1 on the register and 1 out on the floor. We got signed in then were told it would be 3 hours!! Seriously??? We were already there so we figured we would go shop then eat and come back because who knows when they will decide to buy again. We came back at 1:30 and guess what...we were told it would be another 45 minutes!!! I will not do this again!!
They never want to buy ANYTHING!! 😒 Always say they have stopped buying for the day and it’s 10:30 in the morning.

I’ve never sold items, only bought. It’s quite a drive for me, so I only go when they’re having one of their amazing sales or when I need to stock up on a certain size. You do have to take your time to sort through and find the best of the best. For the deals you get, I think it’s worth it. My only major complaints are that they don’t have shopping carts and the restroom/changing station is often out of order...in a kids’ store.
