I NEVER write reviews, but I feel like I need to for this bakery. I hosted a baby shower yesterday. I ordered a vanilla cake with strawberry mouse and buttercream icing. It was simply decorated, just like I wanted, but more importantly, IT WAS DELICIOUS! The strawberry mouse made the cake. You could tell it was freshly made with real strawberries. Everyone at the shower kept raving about how good it tasted and wanted to know where it came from. I will be getting all of my specialty cakes from here from now on.

We have ordered 4 cakes from Once in a Blue Moon and have loved all of them. They did a phenomenal job with a unicorn cake. Neapolitan is our favorite!
