I’ve been using Once in a Blue Moon for several years now for all of my special cakes, regular cupcakes and the occasional drop in for my sweet tooth fix.. The last cake I ordered was a very unique design that even they had never done.. The design was not what we had discussed when I came to pick it up but they were QUICK to fix it and make all the necessary adjustments to bring my vision to life. HUGE thank you to Once in a Blue Moon Bakery for making us a crazy delicious and absolutely beautiful three tiered vegan chocolate cake with vanilla icing for my in-laws’ 50th Anniversary!! It’s so hard to find a bakery that can make a dairy-free cake (required for my mother-in-law) that everyone LOVES! And it was beautifully decorated too - altogether the cake was more than I hoped for and made our small celebration that much more special. Thank you again!
