Found online looking for an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. I couldn’t be happier having found Once and Florall Designs! Don’t spend your money anywhere else. Highly recommend and will be coming back!
I needed a last minute corsage for a formal event. Having it delivered to my house lessened the anxiety I had about getting it in time before leaving for the event. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, they complimented the dress beautifully. I will definitely be using Once and Florall again and recommending that my friends order flowers here as well.
Had a little issue with the initial contact, however Amanda was quick to call back and talk with me. Whereas the date had already passed for the event in question, the pictures do look promising. She offered to send me something as an apology, however, the very fact they made the effort to reach back out was enough for me. I'm rating 5 stars for the drive for customer satisfaction, as I've not had an opportunity to see their work in person, I can't speak on the quality of flowers. Amanda’s talent is beyond measure. Her bouquets are authentic and original, not your typical florist order! We love her Bud Bar set up, which we have seen at our community events and we recently used her for accent pieces for another community event. I highly recommend using her over any standard florist.
