How do I impress upon you not to hire this company. They are not honest and John does not do what he should do. When you try to fire him he hires a lawyer - at your expense - and tries to keep the account. THIS guy is not someone to hire, but someone to fire. He is still sending me bills for maintenance I paid and he no longer has the account - THANK GOD. If I could give him negative stars I would.
