These guys were fantastic! We had so many issues getting someone to do our garage door install. Every company wanted to do half the job, or just not show up at all. Tom came out and gave us an estimate, Zac followed up the next day when we had some questions, and on the 3rd day, the whole crew was there and we finally had a framed out and functioning garage door. They worked quick and got the job done. I would recommed them to anyone, and will definately call on them again in the future! Thank you guys, you were awesome!
Oh my goodness. Yesterday afternoon our garage door spring failed just as my wife returned home. She found On Track after a quick search and arranged an appointment for the same evening. Tom had the spring repaired in about 30 minutes and he replaced a roller with failed bearings. Price was very reasonable and the service was superior. I'm not sure of the radius that On Track will service but anyone in the Loganville Monroe area with a garage door problem should call On Track Garage Doors.
Did a great job! Was honest, on time and did beyond what the original repair was I asked for! We are definitely saving his number to give to friends and for next time we need a repair!
I heard a loud noise out in the garage, only to discover one of the springs on our garage door had popped. With it being a late Saturday afternoon, I called several companies who clearly didn't want to be bothered until the next week, although I explained to them I wanted to get out before then. I then called Zac, and although it was late in the afternoon, he came directly after leaving his client's home, to my home and replaced both springs on our door for a very reasonable price. I contacted Zac regarding a new garage door opener. His response was quick, he suggested and send me information about the LiftMaster 8550W. Sorry I can't tell you guys about the great deal he gave me �. He came out the next morning and got it installed. Great job! I can't believe how quiet this unit is. By the way, I had no idea there was a wifi unit. Anyway, last night I connected the iPhones...it works great. This morning, I was able to lie in my bed and open the garage door for my grandson.
