I’ve had several shirts embroidered there for work. They have always been upfront about the timeframe for when to expect them to be ready. They have also always had my items ready when promised. The work has always been top notch. I have no complaints about them.
Alexander Smith is not the honest person at all. She have had most of logos digitized in the month of June and July-2022 and haven't paid the invoice. She is putting invoice on hold and saying do more jobs if you want this invoice must to be paid. I am very disappointed with working that company.
