I recently used On Time Moving & Storage to move from *************, ** to **************. The movers were very efficient, courteous, they wrapped all the furniture pieces very well. I would definitely recommend them. We were extremely happy with them!
Thought they were very professional and had very good attitudes. We were moving 600 miles to out new location. They arrived when they said they would and unloaded everything with no problems.I would highly recommend this moving company.
****** was very professional in estimating our move within St. Augustine. ***** and ******* were efficient and caring about moving things from one place to another and double-checked to assure that I was happy with placement in the new home. The price was fair and I would hire On Time anytime I need a mover!
The were extremely professional from scheduling to packing to receipt of our belongings! *** and **** packed us up from Florida to ensure all of our belongings made it to our home in great shape!! They were amazing!! **** from the office was amazing too! Ensuring we were scheduled quickly and ensuring we received our items quickly! I highly recommend them for your move!!
From my first call to ON TIME MOVING & STORAGE, ( *****************************************************************) to the drivers leaving my apartment, everything flowed smoothly. I had one small issue with the delivery and the office solved my problem quickly. All the people in the office were helpful and patient, the packers were efficient, and the movers were pleasant and organized. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!!
Im a senior citizen , ******* insisted we do a contract Aug.6th to get this special rate ******** deposit and ******** total to move 3 people with no major appliances from ********** to ********* 5.5 hours by car.My laptop keys stick so she insisted I use my phone - Im 65 with a slight cataract, my husband is 69, it was hard! Long story short? She lied about them not being brokers- they are! 2 men in a Budget Rent a truck showed up and said they didnt have space for our couch, love seat, church pew that was on the list . As a first time customer hiring a ********************** company going from Florida to ******** I have to say that this was the worst experience of my life. The movers came into my house in a flurry. There were six guys inside my house packing. Apparently some of the packers need lessons on how to pack. I have kitchen items packed with bathroom items or bedroom or any room. They just went around and threw stuff into boxes. It has been very difficult to unpack into my rooms since every box contains things from every room. The... read more
