Maybe offer a small discount on the parts. I was shocked to know that the part replaced cost so much! I was very happy with the outcome and your plumber Rick is very professional and had the situation done within the hour of his arrival.
We needed a new disposal installed, so I made calls to three plumbing services. Benjamin Franklin plumbing gave me the best price for the same unit and installation. The service hand, Rick, completed the job in a professional and timely manner, and left his work area clean. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
Absolutely nothing needs to change. Service was fast amd extremely reasonably priced. He even gave me tips on how to help with the problem in the future and was so friendly and personable. My kids didn't want him to leave. Great service and excellent employees.
