The plumber was on time. He gave a clear explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The estimate matched the actual price. He was clean and respectful of our house. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone. I've had them out several time over the past few years and have been completely satisfied with their work and how they have treated me.
Our serviceman was Wade. He was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. He did a great job detecting our water leak and fixing it!!
The plumber, Rick, called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me two options , to replace the toilets or to fix the broken parts, and let me decide. He was polite and put booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean.
Rick was early for our appt! We have always liked Ben Franklin's service and today was the best we've received yet!! Thanks Rick!
