The plumber, Rick, called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me two options , to replace the toilets or to fix the broken parts, and let me decide. He was polite and put booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Bakersfield is an awesome company! I got prompt same day service for a task that was kicking my butt. They weren't able to get it in 2 min, which made me feel a little better about myself but they did remedy the issue quite quickly! Wade my service technician was very professional! Thanks so much for coming to my rescue!

Carlos arrived an hour ahead of schedule, and he had no problem removing our old, leaking water heater even though the exterior door would not open all the way because the eaves blocked full access. He did a great job quickly. I love the option to purchase an annual maintenance plan.
