We used On The Spot for the first time Saturday. We are so happy with the job Phil did. Our large Golden Retriever has always had a hard time getting through the grooming process, she becomes very skittish, but for some reason she didn't have any issues with Phil and his assistant they gave her a shave down and a bath all within an hour, where it has taken over 2 hours with other mobile groomers. Unreliable. Overpriced. Don't believe all the posts from his friends on here! There are better mobile grooming services that understand customer service and basic courtesy.
This was my 1st time using Phil & Samantha at On the Spot. I am nothing short of thrilled. They bathed 2 of my dogs (one is large w/ excessive shedding) and groomed the third...all within 1.25 hours! When I do it myself, it takes me that long just to disinfect the bathroom afterwards. Impressive! They were friendly, spent time listening to my needs, and were gentle with my 14-yr old dog - even after he nipped at them several times. On the Spot was excellent. Laurel and Hardy loved it and service was friendly and great! They arrived early, efficiently groomed and did summer cuts. Dogs look wonderful.
On the Spot Mobile Grooming – Phil has now groomed our 3 cats on numerous occasions and we are thrilled with the service. He arrives on time and it is a pleasure to work with him. He takes patience in discussing what needs to be done to make sure we will be happy with the results and the cats always look terrific. His prices are reasonable as we paid more for the same service in North Carolina. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
Great Dog Grooming – Phil has been grooming our dogs since he arrived in Vegas. My husband and I are thrilled. We have 5 dogs (these are our kids) and Phil makes each one look beautiful. He is always on time, careful, loving, patient and gentle. I would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone.

On the Spot Mobile Pet Grooming – My 5 dogs and I loved the previous owners and were concerned when they sold. On Phil's first visit, all conern was gone. They are professional, friendly with the dogs, and very nice to deal with. No dog looks forward to grooming but they are bouncing around and very happy to be clean.
