Phil and Helen always show up on time - something which is vital to me as a working single mom with only a small window of time to get stuff like this done. On the couple of occasions they have been running behind schedule (and once, were running ahead of schedule!) they went to great pains to contact me and let me know, and made it very easy to reschedule; one time even coming to me on Sunday on their day off as I couldn't do it any other time. Unreliable,Never on time,never showed up to groom my dogs.Phil did not even call to say he would not be arriving to groom my dogs scheduled appt.Would book every six weeks.Listen aim not the type to put businesses down.But he should had call me as to why he wasn't going to be there.I'll just find some else to groom my dogs.I guess he does not need the money!!!!!!!!
I have never been anything but delighted with these guys - professional, clean and always on time. My two dogs are always happy to see Phil and Helen, and emerge from their truck happy and looking fantastic. They even groom our cat too! One of our dogs doesn't like to ride in the car so having them come to us is wonderful...I can't recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny!
Recently moving the entire family including our lovely 2 yrs old Wells Corgi Pembroke from Hawaii to Las Vegas, I have experienced all kind of good and not so good responses from a local groomers. Always on time, always the same groomer, vehicle emaculate. My dog loves this guy and so do I.
Phil did such a fantastic job! They got us in very quickly, and arrived right within the given time frame. I have had such a hard time getting my Lab shaved at other places and on the spot is the perfect solution. She was bathed and shaved within an hour, and looks fantastic! Prices are very reasonable as well. All in all, just a great company to work with!

This is by far the best pet grooming service that I've come across here in Vegas!!! I have been thru 4 other mobile pet grooming services until one of my friends recommended On The Spot to me and let me tell you they did a magnificent job on my 3 yorkies.
