I had expected I would have to replace a 9x12 off white rug because it was stained. Making matters worse, I had made several attempts to remove the stains. I scheduled On The Spot to come over and try to clean it. These folks painstakingly worked to clean the rug and now it looks new again! I am so happy. They saved me at least $500. I highly recommend them. They are perfectionists!

Zac did an amazing job getting out some very problematic spots in our bedroom and the stairs going to the basement were dreadful. Excellent service. Arrived exactly on time, friendly and knowledgeable and our floors look great.

My son spilled almost a full quart of blue paint on our tan carpet. 🥴 Tabatha and Zack squeezed us in for an emergency clean. They were super sweet with our kiddos (and their millions of questions) and worked super hard on the spots. They were able to get up significantly more than I ever would have been able to and saved my sanity. Super reasonably priced and worth every penny!! Thank you all!!!!!!!!

On the Spot did a super good job cleaning our kitchen floor, grout and tile, living room upholstery furniture and the carpet in our grandchildren's playroom!! They worked

On The Spot is still the only carpet cleaners we use. Dean's protégé, Zack, is continuing the same professional, hard-working service. They actually fit me in same day when I wanted to get my carpet & upholstery cleaned before an upcoming surgery. These are stellar folks & we can't recommend them enough!
