Our daughter recommended On the Spot to us after they cleaned her rental when she moved. Our home was built in 2005 and we’ve been in it since 2017 without having the carpet professionally cleaned, so we were overdue a cleaning. We originally planned the upstairs carpets and the foyer rug. Zack and Tabatha with OTS showed up and cleaned our upstairs carpets - what a difference. The carpet looks almost new, as does the rug. We thought we wld have to replace the carpet from the dogs but after they finished it looked brand new. So glad we opted to let "on the spot" give it a shot.

I had expected I would have to replace a 9x12 off white rug because it was stained. Making matters worse, I had made several attempts to remove the stains. I scheduled On The Spot to come over and try to clean it. These folks painstakingly worked to clean the rug and now it looks new again! I am so happy. They saved me at least $500. I highly recommend them. They are perfectionists!

Zac did an amazing job getting out some very problematic spots in our bedroom and the stairs going to the basement were dreadful. Excellent service. Arrived exactly on time, friendly and knowledgeable and our floors look great.

My son spilled almost a full quart of blue paint on our tan carpet. 🥴 Tabatha and Zack squeezed us in for an emergency clean. They were super sweet with our kiddos (and their millions of questions) and worked super hard on the spots. They were able to get up significantly more than I ever would have been able to and saved my sanity. Super reasonably priced and worth every penny!! Thank you all!!!!!!!!
