I have made many trips to On The Pot growing up. I came in to ask for an outside service from the owners having no expectations. Instead of politely telling me no, they were very rude and even proceeded to tell me what I was planning on doing would never work. I have recommended On The Pot as an activity for many but I will no longer be doing so after the way I was treated.

Because it is not our piece or our product, we just can't control the results. I'm sorry we couldn't help you out, and if we came across as rude I apologize profusely.
