OTM RESTORATION did a fantastic job, they showed up when they said, exactly when they said and they did the job exactly as they described they were going to do it. They left the property clean and kept it clean throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for any of your water damage or mold restoration services

Edgardo and his team from OTM helped me with water damage due to a water heater pipe rupture. My house was flooded and they arrived in a timely manner. They explained my options and were at my house every day measuring the moisture levels to ensure all was good. Very professional staff that I highly recommend.

I had OTM ((Jairo) working on my unit on a mold remediation issue. The work was outstanding, and so was the service provided. Simply put, excellent! The only issue was a misunderstanding or better put, the assumption that "what they fix they put back together" as most repairs work.
