My original appointment was canceled due to rain, but no one calls to notify or to reschedule. I had to call several times then had 2 other appointments missed. Throughout the period of 3 days I had to call 5 times, with each time being time I would be put on a contact list that probably doesn't exist. It got to the point where finally the owner contacted me. He was very nice and apologetic, even said he would "hook me up" due to my experience. RecommendedCould not be more please with my car wash and interior clean. On the Go came right to my office and did everything in under 2 hours in the parking lot! Great service, and my car has never looked better! Will absolutely recommend to everyone I know!

Wow these guys did an AMAZING job on my vehicle! I am so beyond impressed. I feel like I now have a brand new car. They arrived on time and completed their services in about 2 hours. It was extremely reasonable price wise for what I received. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will definitely be using them again!
I got my boyfriends truck detailed for his birthday. Communication to schedule the appointment was easy. They did a great job and despite a miscommunication they were able to put us back on the schedule quickly to resolve it! They were very thorough and made it look brand new. I highly recommend for the quality of service and affordable price range and will be using On The Go again in the future.
I had booked a appointment for today to get my husbands truck cleaned up for a surprise since he’s out of town. I also work by appointments and had scheduled my day around them coming to wash his truck at 1:00. By 1:45 I called to see if he was still coming. The answering service had to call him to check and apparently they canceled all of the appointments for the day because it was raining which it was not raining at 1:00. These guys are awesome!!
The owner of the business wanted to charge us 15$ extra to have the trunk of our car carpet-shampooed because somehow "it isn't part of the car" (???). The agreement was to have the entire inside of the car vacuumed and the carpets shampooed. Disappointing experience.
