I have used these guys before, and they were great. However, I got a new car and wanted to have it detailed. I set up my appointment 2 weeks in advance for my car and another car. I sent a message 5 days before my appointment to let them know the other car would not be available. I received a response that they would adjust. Today rolls around, and nobody ever shows up OR contacts me.
