I have had trouble with mice and previous companies did not invest the time or attention to try to resolve it. On The Fly were punctual and took the time to listen to my concerns. They inspected, placed baits and traps, and explained to me what they were using and why. The products are placed in hidden areas and are in locked containers which was a relief, as I do have a dog and was concerned about safety.
