RecommendedThey are very professional and courteous. I love the care they take when rendering service inside the house. The techs are very knowledgeable about various insects, rodents, bugs, etc... and provide great advice about what to do between maintenance visits. I love the notification you get when they are on their way so no surprises. I also appreciate that they stay within the designated window given when you set up your appointment. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are so nice I go next door and pick up dead bugs and scatter them around my house so they will think they are actually killing bugs. That’s not really true, but it’s funny. Really, my pest control guy from OTFPS is excellent every time he comes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
I called late last night and they came today! Our tech was very patient, thorough, nice, and very informative. Answered all my questions (and I had a LOT!) and set my mind at ease that our issue can be resolved easily. Highly recommend!
Please don’t use this company for pest control. Not only did they not explain what was and wasn’t included in their fee, they didn’t complete the work that was supposed to be covered. When I called to complain, the person was very, very rude to me. I am very unhappy and plan to go to the BBB about their services and customer service.
