Dr. Robert’s and staff were great! All of the assistants were very accommodating, very supportive, very knowledgeable and just overall the sweetest girls! We had the best experience from the front desk all the way to the back. I would recommend this office entirely

Reeeeeally pushy marketing messages asking for reviews frequently, which I really dislike. It’s a nice enough place, but ultimately, we won’t be returning. Really irritated today, because they turned us away after being 5 minutes behind their “late policy” (which I understand they have a standard) but who would 5 minutes really hurt, or put behind? I kept my son out of school for his procedure today, and now his absence will be unexcused. Thanks, but no thanks, on the cusp. You just lost 3 patients.
Dr. Wiley is very kind and lively with her patients! However, my teenagers would benefit more if she adjusted her approach according to age. My kids felt like she was speaking to them the same way she did with the 7-yr old that was in the next chair resulting in them feeling talked-down to. As a former pediatric nurse, I adjusted my approach by age to build rapport and make my patients feel comfortable.
