Terrible service! No greeting, just “what are you drinking?”. Several times our glasses were totally empty. Had to ask for more salsa even though the empty bowls were on the end of the table. Not an enjoyable dining experience!
The food was excellent but I can't say enough about the excellent waitress that took my order. Best of the best!
Haven't been to on the border in along time. We had the best waitress. Always made sure everything was good for us. I wish I had remembered her name. There was five of us and she was the best. Our food was really good. Didn't take long either. Thanks for a great night. My sister was here from Tulsa with her son and we had a good night. Thanks to everyone at On The Border. Merry Christmas.
Had a great fun night, great Marquita's with side car and the Border Sampler that we shared was really good and the right portion for two people. Our server was great as always. Excellent.

Staff and bartenders Are top notch. Their service is the best in the Northwest Arkansas area. Kudos to Barbie, Senga and Kris, Juan, Nikki, Amanda, Aaron, Colton
The service was very slow and our server was not friendly. We had to tell them that our drinks needed refilled. My wife ordered queso dip and they never brought it, but it it was on the ticket when she brought us the bill. We had to sit there and wait another 10 minutes for them to take it off the ticket. Definitely not a good experience.
Food was excellent, prices were kinda high but other than that everything was good.
