Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

I experienced the worse customer service. I placed an order over the phone, I switched my order from the classic burrito to a fajita in which the customer service rep repeated to me. When I got there I had the wrong order. The to-go cashier got the manager. He was rude, unapologetic, nor did he have the common courtesy to ask me how can he fix my order. The cashier didn’t say anything either. I understand mistakes happen what annoyed me the most was the lack of concern and customer service.
Very nice Happy Hour. Service is always very good as is the food & drink.
We had to wait for 30 minutes to be served.it took a long time to get our drinks and food we ordered food to take home and that was an hour on waiting for our carryout.i spent more money in there then I do in a small Mexican restaurant and get more food for less the price and we don't wait long for service

Bad service and won’t be back again... order just a coke it take a while
Last minute dinner decision and I am glad that we made it. Other than some strange looks and stares from some of the service staff - we don't know if we walked in too late or what - our experience was very pleasant. I am always in the search for jalapeno margarita and OTB does them right! The chips were fresh and not too salty. The fajita salad could have used some green peppers - and I felt that it was odd that the server kept asking if I wanted "all of the onions" on my salad... but the Monterrey ranch fajitas were good as... read more
