My family used to be big fans of OTB in Bowie. It became a tradition for us to eat there whenever my daughter came home from college -\-\ and to celebrate other family events. The food was good, the chips and queso great and the service hit-or-miss. We had a really bad experience there several months ago (after a string of so-so meals) and asked to speak to the manager. Great chips and salsa! They have a full bar and a carry out service. The service can be hit or miss but the food is usually pretty good. Great place for casual Mexican dining.
The food was delicious and the service was great. I enjoyed the ambiance. Our server was polite, informative and helpful.
