I like most of the new website. The latest update seems to have slowed things down a bit and I have to agree with others on it loading incorrectly. It took me a couple of times login in and out to get to load on the screen so I could see it. Not a fan of the new e-statement and credit card statement function. I liked getting my statement right away on the 1st day of the new month. I have yet to see a statement for the credit card. Had to search around to get the balance.
New update doesn't load correct the first time, ever. Checks are hard to mobile deposit. Slow and disappointing
I absolutely hate the new mobile app the old one was much more informative and easier to navigate you really need to fix this as in putting it back the way it was.
This update has handicapped my ability to do any kind of mobile or online banking. Very unhappy and looking to make a change after 35 years of banking with Coors CU
Unorganized and a serious lack of customer service at the Arvada location. Teller are friendly but personal bankers are horrible. They are impossible to get ahold of and never return phone calls. Also lost a refinance application.
They have the best staff! Everyone is so friendly and personable. Thanks Coors Credit Union!
