Absolutely horrible customer service. After reading several reviews online I have come to the conclusion that this credit union seems to have the same problems with every customer. I do not recommend! I have a car loan with the golden branch, they have conveniently lost or never received funds that I’ve sent even after proving otherwise with bank statements. This is review under over the phone customer service. Subject fraud. This CU has not own fraud department - using third party located in Philippines. With all respect I am a foreign - but this is a cheap move, and we all know culture is so much different how all this issues had ben handle. There is no procedure in line terms and conditions fraud. great people work here but absolutely joke of lending practices and lack of communication on business products.
I was just in the branch because my debit card is not working at some places do to normal wear. I was told that it would cost me 10 dollars to replace the card. I did nothing unusual to the card for it not to work. Everyone I have talked to seems feel its my fault the card stuck can not handle normal use and wants to charge me 10 dollars for another card I can only assume will not qork afyer normal use.
Very poor customer service and lack of ability to considerately handle member concerns; inactivity fees go on for months before they send a quarterly statement that they have been taking your money;
RecommendedBeen with this credit union for over 20 years. They are amazing and I have always been well taken care of. They are like a family and truly care about all their members!!
I had banked with Bank of the West for many years when I found On-Tap Credit Union. The customer service is bar none so far above what I had endured that without hesitation, I closed all my accounts with that bank and now only use this credit union. It has been one of the best decisions of my life and will never consider returning to big banking ever again and their "customer service." I could not be happier and have never felt more protected than I do now. Thanks On-Tap!!
