I have been a member for years and with all the changes costumer service has gone down hill.
Recommended"With a bank you are simply a customer. Banks are for-profit institutions and their goal is to make money for the stockholders of the company. A credit union is not-for-profit entity and their goal is pass through the profits to the members. This comes in the form of added member benefits such as low fees and low rates." In addition, On Tap provides excellent products, services and personal assistance.
I am shocked to find my husband's savings account has been charged an inactivity fee for months now. I have never heard of such of a thing. We want to close the account, but there is no 24 hour customer service line so it is extremely hard to get a hold of someone. This bank sure is reliable about emailing and calling about refinancing your home loan though. I had a rough experience at this branch. I was ready to close out all of my accounts and find a new bank but I felt stuck with them because they were my longest line of credit. I left a review and within the hour, someone left a response saying they would get back to me the next day. Rob called me this morning right as the branch opened and assured me that the issues I was experiencing is something he took very seriously. I’m so impressed by how professionally he handled the problem. Thanks, Rob! I appreciate you!
This credit union is very difficult to work with. Their system is antiquated and they are unable to offer many of the modern services most other banks provide. We would prefer to support a credit union instead of a bank but we will be closing our accounts soon because of the lack of technology.
We love the Olde Town Arvada location and look forward to sending some of our real estate buyers there for a home loan!
Moved Arvada branch to an impossible location! When you moved you obviously left all courteousness and friendliness at the old location. Only two people working inside counter and they don’t seem to want to be bothered when you come in. Was only customer in the branch and had to wait for both tellers to finish their conversation. Neither one acknowledged me for almost two minutes. Please fix this branch!
