Opened accounts a week and a half ago. They still haven't processed my member fee. When I called, member services told me they cannot help and that I have to speak to the person who opened my account. Well, I've called and left a message for that person two days in a row and have yet to hear back. Now I am waiting for him to call back so I can close all my accounts. online banking is horrifying. I have not been able to use the app in over a month I keep calling and they keep telling me the same thing over and over there working on it
Every time we turn around our debit cards are being blocked and we have no access to our money. This is insane... at least three to five times a month we are having to get new debit cards. I can’t take it anymore.
Absolute worst customer service in the whole banking industry. You will be better off going with another organization that actually helps the people they are making their paychecks from.
