My toilet was leaking and I didn’t know how to stop it. I called a plumber before calling this company and they never responded back to me. I called this place and they answered immediately. We spoke on the phone about what had happened and they came as soon as possible. They were super nice and helpful as well ! I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed for their help. Listennn!! How about they haven’t even left yet! I was in a bind🙂↕️🤌🏽😩 bathtub and shower acting up, after the gym so yeah! I called Roter Rooter, Albert Nahman, Big Blue and Lifesaver Plumbing. Not one would come out, and Lifesaver had the audacity to want $1300💅🏾NOPE! Most importantly, Jeff was accommodating after 9pm on a Friday, and Herb is so kind and friendly, and seemingly honest. We had a clogged drain. Jeff was very responsive, showed up at the agreed upon time, fixed the issue and charged us the price that was quoted on the phone. Very easy to deal with. I recommend him.
Jeff & John are great. Super easy to talk to, very knowledgable. They answered all my questions. We had a water pressure issue. They were explaining the process of what they were doing, what you should or shouldnt do, in the event if something goes wrong, best practices, etc, etc. I appreciate what they shared. Would def recommend them.
