I would not even give this company 1 star. DO NOT USE THEM! the system does bot even come close to covering electric bills even in off season. They installed low *************, and charged $70k for a **** sq ft house. My electric bills are 100-$300 and its not even summer yet. It is fraud! The house is empty half the time. Their customer service is a disaster and getting anyone to respond is impossible. Terrible service. When we decided to purchase our system from On Point, the sales rep did not explain to us that our system would be installed and sit on our roof for 5 months before being connected to APS. We purposely chose a loan plan that would give us a year of non payments so we could save that money for future payments. I am writing this review as a previous employee and not as a customer. A couple months after I decided to step away from the company I noticed one of my old customers posted a bad review of On Point because of his batteries not coming in a timely manner. In his review, this customer states that ***************************, the *** of On Point, told the customer that I was fired for false promises. That is a complete and total lie. If I could give less than one star I would.I Was promised solar panels to be done within 60 days it has been 6 months and after multiple attempts to fix the repairs that needed to be made to have the solar panels approved by the county and having not heard back from anyone after multiple calls and once they do answer they have no idea what is going on or any time line when the repairs are going to be made CORRECTLY. how do you go to make repairs on almost 10 different occasions and never actually resolve the issue now Im try... read more
If you've heard the expression "too good to be true", then this is it! When ****** and ****** showed up at our residence to promote and sell their goods, they will tell you everything that you're supposed to hear. The fact is, they will do the opposite. We have enjoyed our partnership with On Point as the company puts its customers first. We are a authorized third-party vendor for On Point and have completed projects with them. The manner in which they communicated with our clients and us is beyond professional in comparison to other solar companies we have worked with. We would recommend working with this Solar installer over any others any day.
I have had a fantastic experience working with On Point Solar over the last few months. I highly recommend this group of professionals for anyone looking into solar power solutions!
Solar panels were installed in May and still waiting for it to be turned on. **** made several attempts to get this resolved but only get excuses. I question if they ever got a city permit. Very poor customer service. Promises on timeline never met. Oh how I wished we had gone with another company. Think twice before you use them.

On Point ************************************ tried to commit fraud on my dad. We are located in ****** *****. Rep ******* Atayade was very disrespectful after he found out we decided to cancel with him & go with a better company who gave us a better proposal. We cannot speak to anything that was discussed between the homeowner and the sales reps because we are not privy to those conversations. We can only go by the whatever is outlined on the contract.
