Straight forward experience, no run around. Followed through with the timeline on their end. The utility company dragged their feet but other than that everything went well.

On Point Solar is an outstanding solar installer. They are fast and efficient. They showed up on time and were very clean and friendly. They kept the job neat the whole time and no mess left behind when done.

As far as I'm concerned they did a great job and also they repaired a slab of sidewalk done by a gentleman named **** great job ??
Stay far away!!! Read your contact!!! Your contract is just a agreement to by solar panels. All you are doing is taking part of your power bill and giving it to them under a contract . My average summer bill from SRP is about $320. I give $115 a month to ON point and still get a bill from SRP for $190= I saved $20, Really I would much rather pay the $20 to SRP and not be tied into a contract with ON point . I have them many time to try and get some answers. they refuse to call back or email back
Our story is the same as everyone else's on this page. We already had solar from another company but On Point sold us a bill of goods and have yet to deliver. They took our other solar off line to combine them in one meter. They didn't pass the initial inspection with wires touching our roof and other infractions. In the meantime we are not getting benefits from our other solar company as it too is off line thanks to On Point. How do we go about a class action lawsuit? Can we give them a negative rating?
I would not recommend getting solar from On Point my solar panels were installed in Feburary and the solar still has not been activated. On Point failed serval city inspections when installing my panels. I still have yet to get my solar energy after almost 7 months. I would not recommend. The customer service is horrible. I would actually want a refund. This company is not good at getting the solar set up I would not recommend.

I think on point is a scam it's obvious with all the negative reviews there's no need to post my story it's exactly the same as everyone else's they lied to us and took forever to install and even longer to make the system operational. on point completly screwed my mother and I. all their responses on here are complete and total ******** really believe that the very few good reviews are bought and paid for and not honest reviews. there has got to be a class action lawsuit by now and if not why not. My solar panels where installed nearly 1 year ago. They have never been turned on because they didn't ever finish the part to get City approval. Trying to reach them by phone or get an update is impossible. Going with OnPoint Solar was one of the biggest financial mistakes I have ever made. I called them again today and they told me they would cal me back and I know they wont. They just want me off the phone. This is a really bad company avoid them if possible. I wish I had researched them before I made the big mistake.
