Before you buy or Lease a ***** system from this company know they are the worst company you could choose. They under sized my system by half the power I needed then told me I have to pay more because they screwed up. It's another form of fraud. Trust me save your self Money and headaches dealing with this company. I pay more now between SRP and on point solar, and palmelto solar. These company's are a Joke They get a ZERO rating
I had solar installed in 2022. In 2023 they had to come and reinstall solar due to improper installation. Because of the improper installation my roof leaked internally in my home causing drywall damage. They repaired drywall damage. My roof is now leaking again and the roof according to roofing quotes is beyond repair. There is again internal drywall damage. We have signed a contract on March 5, 2025, to get a battery installed and our sale person made it sound like it was going to be an easy process. After we signed the contract we did not hear from anyone from the company at all. I had to call and try to find out what was going on with project. Finally the installers came out and partly started the job. Was told they would be back the next day or so. It has been weeks and they finally came back again to continue the job unannounced. On Power Solar Power Company.I have had this project going on 3 months.Everything is installed but nothing working yet.They say it is the City not approving permits.The City says there are no permits.I keep getting the run around.
If you are considering solar you need to consider these folks. Great service *** communication through out the project
While shopping around for a backup battery solution I found two employees at OnPoint Solar I want to say were exceptional both in answering my questions and giving advice. Both *************************** and ******************************* listened and gave advice that ultimately I signed a contract to add a Tesla Power Wall 3. Im riding in regards to the solar system that has been placed on my roof at my home. I no longer want to deal with the service that you provide because your representatives fill me up with a bunch of lies. I never received the benefits that they told me that I would receive I no longer want to deal with the alarm system that they so gladly provided for me and never finished the job, so subsequently all in all I want to back out of the deal completely with you and the alarm system thank you
