I chose On-It because they have some of the best reviews on Google and because their prices are perfect. Amber got my plan set up, scheduled our first appointment, and answered all my initial questions. Joe arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained where all of our bug issues were. He seems very knowledgeable about treating pest problems and helped me understand what likely was and wasn't happening. He got the spray and ant bait placed quickly. On-It Pest Solutions provides excellent service! We've used them for a long time and they are terrific.
This is by far the absolute worst company to use. They took my $600 saying they would come out twice. They never came back to complete the process! Stopped answering my calls. I went to the location Google provides and they haven't been there in years! I'm stuck with a pest problem and out $600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They were able to treat home the first time under the exact same conditions as the second time. Excellent, excellent service. A couple of years ago, I found evidence of mice in our house - my absolute worst pest nightmare! It's important to me to support local companies, so after some Googling I found On-It Pest Control. I was able to schedule an appointment for Joe to come out and assess. We've had a mouse problem two years ago and decided to call in professional to get rid of the problem. We contacted Joe and Amber with On-It Pest Control and we've had them ever since. I can honestly say that Joe is always professional, kind, and knows his stuff. We keep a very clean house but we have three big dogs and live outside city limits where there's plenty of fields so the possibility of fleas and ticks is high.
