Unhappy because I struggled a lot asking for my certificate when they were supposed to be ready on my graduation day. I went in twice to get it, and the owner and instructor weren’t there the first time. The second time I got a certificate without signatures nor official seal. Jackie. Did my hair color and highlights, the first time she charged me 120.00, then she did my hair 8 weeks after, she didn’t say anything to me about raising my price, but she then wanted to charge me 275.00, she said she talked to the owner and Susie told her it was because the Keritan bottle cost her 800.00. I will never go back! Bad customer service!
Great customer Service, and very professional makeup artist. Highly recommend! Ask for Herick Torrez, you wouldn’t regretted. This guy really knows how to do ANY hair style and makeup too.
